Laundry Ducts Cleaning

Laundry exhaust systems become a severe fire hazard if not maintained properly clean. In fact, lint and dry flammable dust becomes accumulated in the laundry ducts and if left unclean can be a serious fire risk. Our innovative technique of vacuuming alleviates buildups and the serious fire hazard associated with them. A fiber optic bore scope and camera inspection is performed before the cleaning work to assess the accumulation of lint and wax in the air ducts. Upon request, sampling of lint and particulate will betaken for fungal and bacteriological analysis.

Using remote controlled brushes performs deep cleaning; lint is collected by vacuuming, using HEPA filtration that ensures 99.97% collection efficiency. Any presence of wax will be treated separately. Laundry exhaust ducts will result clean and safe after our thorough cleaning process.
